By accessing this website, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not accept all of the terms outlined on this page, please refrain from using mynatural.in or mynatural.org.

The following terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the MyNatural platform and services.

Acceptance of Terms

• These Terms outline your legal rights and responsibilities regarding access to and use of MyNatural’s website (www.mynatural.in and www.mynatural.org) (“Site”), and any associated mobile or software applications (collectively referred to as “MyNatural”), including services provided by My Natural Enterprises via the MyNatural Platform or other channels (“Services”).
• By accessing or using the MyNatural Platform, including any purchase transactions, you agree to comply with these Terms and the Privacy Policy (available at Privacy Policy). This constitutes an agreement between you and MyNatural. If you do not accept these Terms or the Privacy Policy, you are not authorized to access or use the MyNatural Platform or Services.
• MyNatural may update these Terms at any time without prior notice. We strongly recommend reviewing the Terms each time you access the MyNatural Platform. In case of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms and other terms of use on the platform, these Terms will take precedence.
• The term “third parties” refers to brands, sellers, sponsors, advertisers, or issuers that are not part of My Natural Enterprises or its affiliates.

The terms “visitor(s),” “user(s),” “you,” “your,” and “customer(s)” refer to anyone who visits, accesses, views, browses, or uses the MyNatural Platform at any time.

Services Overview

• My Natural (mynatural.in) is an online platform focused on selling high-quality grocery/FMCG products, particularly emphasizing natural and sustainable options. The company specializes in staples like pulses, millets, rice, flours, dry fruits, spices, vegetables, oils, and more. Our mission includes promoting healthy, natural foods while supporting sustainable agricultural practices by sourcing directly from farmers. This direct-to-consumer model ensures fresh, high-quality products and fair pricing for both customers and farmers.

Eligibility

• Individuals who are “incompetent to contract” under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, including minors and undischarged insolvents, are not eligible to use or access the MyNatural Platform. If you are a minor (under 18), you may access the platform only under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who is competent to contract and agrees to these Terms.
• The MyNatural Platform is intended for end-consumers seeking to purchase products or avail services for personal, non-commercial use. If you are a retailer, institution, wholesaler, or any other business-to-business user, please contact us at customercare@mynatural.in for further assistance.
• To ensure compliance with eligibility criteria, MyNatural employs algorithms and other technology-based criteria, which may, from time to time, restrict or block your usage. If you believe this is an error and you are a legitimate user, please contact us for support.
• If you are using the MyNatural Platform on behalf of a person or entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf. Both you and the person/entity agree to be jointly and severally liable, and indemnify MyNatural for any violations of these Terms.

Account & Registration Obligations

• All users must register and log in to place orders on the MyNatural Platform. It is your responsibility to keep your account and registration details accurate and up to date for all communications related to your purchases. By agreeing to these Terms, you consent to receive promotional, transactional, and other communications, including newsletters, from MyNatural and its affiliates. You can opt out at any time using the unsubscribe option in these communications.
• When using the MyNatural Platform, we may collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, age, mobile number, demographic details (e.g., gender, occupation, education), and browsing behavior (e.g., pages visited, links clicked, frequency of access). We may also collect transaction-related information, including financial details, to provide services and manage the platform. All personal information will be handled in accordance with MyNatural’s Privacy Policy.
• By registering your mobile number with us, you consent to receive communications from MyNatural or its third-party service providers via phone calls, SMS, mobile apps, or other electronic channels regarding order updates, shipments, deliveries, customer support, and related matters.

Limited License & Access

• Subject to these Terms, MyNatural grants you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access the MyNatural Platform and use the Services solely for personal purposes as permitted by these Terms. You may not download (except for page caching) or modify any portion of the Platform unless expressly authorized in writing by MyNatural. This limited license does not permit any resale, commercial use, collection, or derivative use of the MyNatural Platform or its content, including product listings, descriptions, prices, or any downloading or copying of information for third-party benefit. Additionally, data mining, robots, or similar tools for data extraction are prohibited.
• You agree not to use, host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update, or share any information, content, messages, documents, or that violates any of the following Prohibited Conduct:
  • Belongs to another person without your right or full rights.
  • Is harmful, threatening, abusive, discriminatory, indecent, vulgar, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or illegal, including but not limited to content that is pornographic, paedophilic, or invasive of privacy.
  • Violates the standards of the services.
  • Accuses others of illegal activity or describes physical confrontations.
  • Attempts to impersonate any person or entity.
  • Disguises or attempts to disguise the origin of your content, including by submitting it under false pretenses or masking your IP address.
  • Harms minors in any way.
  • Infringes on any intellectual property or proprietary rights.
  • Violates applicable laws or may result in civil or criminal liability.
  • Contains viruses or other harmful code designed to disrupt or damage computer systems.
  • Threatens national security, public order, or relations with foreign states, or incites criminal activity.
  • Is misleading or knowingly false.
  • Attempts to engage in any of the above actions.

• You acknowledge that MyNatural is not obligated to monitor your or others’ use of the Services for violations of the Terms or to review/edit content. However, we reserve the right to do so for operational and improvement purposes (including fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigations, and customer support), to ensure compliance with the Terms, and to comply with applicable laws or legal processes such as court orders, decrees, or government mandates.
• You are solely responsible for any liability arising from violations of these Terms, including any related to content, messages, or information, and MyNatural is not liable.
• The MyNatural Platform, or any part of it, may not be reproduced, copied, sold, or exploited for commercial purposes without the express prior written consent of MyNatural.
• You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or forms) of the MyNatural Platform or MyNatural and its affiliates without prior written consent.
• You may not use meta tags or hidden text containing MyNatural’s name or trademarks without prior written consent.
• You shall not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the MyNatural Platform, or any connected systems or networks, through hacking, password mining, or other illicit means.
• Unauthorized use will automatically terminate any permissions or licenses granted by MyNatural, at our sole discretion.

Advertising
Some sections of the MyNatural website may include advertising or promotional materials provided by third parties, including brands or customers. The responsibility for ensuring that such materials comply with applicable international and national laws rests solely with the party submitting the content. Any interactions or transactions with advertisers (other than MyNatural) on the platform, including payments, delivery of goods or services, and related terms or conditions, are solely between you and the advertiser. MyNatural is not liable for any errors, omissions, inaccuracies in advertising materials, or any loss or damage resulting from these interactions or the presence of third-party advertisers on the platform.

As part of advertising, marketing, and visibility campaigns, third-party brands, advertisers, and sponsors may run banner ads, sampling schemes, contests, flyer distributions, and other promotional activities on the MyNatural platform. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you agree that, to the fullest extent permitted by law, MyNatural will not be liable for any aspect of such campaigns (including contests or rewards), which are solely between you and the third-party entities. This includes, but is not limited to, fulfilling obligations under the campaigns. Participation in these campaigns, accessing any third-party links, scanning codes, or using services related to these campaigns is at your own risk and will be subject to the terms and conditions of the respective third parties. MyNatural makes no express or implied representations or warranties regarding these campaigns, and the third-party brand, advertiser, or sponsor is fully responsible for fulfilling their obligations.

Disclaimer for Charitable Campaigns:

MyNatural is not involved in the collection or use of funds for any charitable campaign (“Charitable Campaign”) presented to customers on the MyNatural Platform. This includes donations made via a third-party website or deposited into a third-party bank account. MyNatural assumes no responsibility or liability for the accuracy, completeness, legality, or reliability of any information related to the Charitable Campaign. The information provided is for informational purposes only, and customers are encouraged to independently verify all details before making any contributions.

Disclaimers

• By accessing the Services on the MyNatural Platform, you acknowledge that you are doing so at your own risk. You agree to use your best judgment before engaging in any transactions. While MyNatural strives to display products as accurately as possible, including their color, size, shape, and appearance, please note that variations may occur between the representation on your screen and the actual product.
• MyNatural is not liable for any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions provided by third parties through the Platform or otherwise. The terms and conditions of third-party sellers, issuers, or brands (including digital goods like gift cards or vouchers) will apply to you in addition to these Terms.
• You agree that MyNatural does not own, control, or have any title over products sold in a transaction between you and third-party sellers. MyNatural has no control over product quality, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. Additionally, MyNatural is not responsible for any damages or delays caused by out-of-stock or unavailable products.

Delivery Partners

• We facilitate order deliveries on the MyNatural platform through independent contractors, referred to as delivery partners, on a principal-to-principal basis. These delivery partners are not employees or agents of MyNatural, but independent service providers. As such, there is no principal-agent relationship between MyNatural and the delivery partners. MyNatural is not liable for any actions or omissions by delivery partners.
• You are expected to treat delivery partners with respect, dignity, and courtesy, ensuring a safe and harassment-free environment for them. This includes preventing any form of harassment, including sexual harassment. We reserve the right to restrict or withhold your access to the MyNatural platform at our discretion if you engage in behaviour that is discourteous, disrespectful, abusive, or otherwise inappropriate or unlawful. Any consequences arising from such behavior, including claims or compensation sought by delivery partners, will be your sole responsibility.

Reviews, Feedback, and Submissions

• All reviews, comments, feedback, suggestions, ideas, or other submissions (“Comments”) provided on the MyNatural Platform or in connection with its services shall remain the exclusive property of MyNatural. By submitting your Comments, you grant MyNatural Enterprises and its affiliates a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sub-licensable license to use your Comments, including for advertising and marketing purposes.
• MyNatural reserves the right to use, reproduce, modify, disclose, adapt, create derivative works, publish, display, and distribute any Comments without restriction or obligation, including without compensating you or responding to your Comments. You acknowledge that any Comments you submit will not infringe any third-party rights (e.g., copyright, trademark, privacy) or contain harmful, unlawful, or inappropriate content, including viruses, political campaigns, or spam.
• MyNatural has the right (but not the obligation) to monitor, edit, or remove any Comments submitted. By submitting Comments, you grant MyNatural the right to use your name in connection with your submission.
• You agree not to submit Comments under a false identity or mislead the origin of any Comments. You remain fully responsible for your Comments and agree to indemnify MyNatural Enterprises, its affiliates, and their representatives from any claims or liabilities arising from your submissions.
• Any reliance on third-party Comments on the MyNatural Platform is at your own risk.

Intellectual Property

• All intellectual property rights to the text, programs, products, processes, technology, images, content, and other materials on the MyNatural Platform are expressly reserved by MyNatural and/or its brand or seller partners. Access to the platform does not grant any license or sublicense to these intellectual property rights. MyNatural owns or is licensed to all rights, including copyrights, associated with the platform. Any unauthorized use, including copying, storing, or reproducing any part of the platform, is prohibited without MyNatural’s prior written consent.
• You are not permitted to modify, distribute, or repost any content from the MyNatural Platform. The trademarks, logos, and service marks associated with MyNatural, its affiliates, partners, and suppliers are protected. All other marks are the property of their respective owners. Access to the MyNatural Platform does not grant any license to use these marks. References to third-party names, marks, products, or services, or links to third-party sites, are provided solely for convenience, with express consent from the third parties. These references do not imply MyNatural’s endorsement or recommendation of any third party, their products, or services.
• MyNatural Platform may feature third-party content, including embedded content, links to external websites, applications, products, services, advertisements, and promotions (collectively, “Third-Party Content”). This is provided solely for informational purposes. We do not control, endorse, or adopt any Third-Party Content. The inclusion of links does not imply any affiliation, endorsement, or adoption by MyNatural. We make no guarantees regarding the accuracy or completeness of Third-Party Content. You acknowledge that we are not responsible or liable for any Third-Party Content and have no obligation to review or update it.
• MyNatural is not responsible for the content of third-party websites and makes no representations regarding the accuracy or reliability of their material. If you choose to access any third-party links or services, you do so at your own risk and expense.

Report Intellectual Property Rights Infringement

• MyNatural respects the intellectual property rights of others. If you believe your intellectual property has been infringed upon, please contact us at customercare@mynatural.in.
• We will review your notice and respond within a reasonable timeframe. We may take appropriate action in accordance with applicable laws and our policies and may request additional information from you. Please note that submitting inaccurate, false, or misleading information may result in civil or criminal liability.
• By submitting your claim, you agree to indemnify MyNatural against any third-party claims arising from your submission.

Privacy Policy

• At MyNatural, we respect your privacy and value the trust you place in us. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By accessing the MyNatural platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the terms of this policy, including the collection, storage, and use of your information.
• Please note that our Privacy Policy is an integral part of these Terms and may be updated periodically.

Information Disclosure

• MyNatural employs appropriate physical, electronic, and managerial measures to protect the information under its control against loss, misuse, or alteration. While we strive to safeguard the confidentiality of your personal data, please note that internet transmissions cannot be fully secured. By using the MyNatural Platform, you acknowledge and accept that MyNatural will not be liable for any information disclosure due to transmission errors or unauthorized third-party acts.
• Call Recording: Calls between you and MyNatural (including with delivery partners) may be recorded by us or a third party engaged by us. These recordings may be used for internal training, quality assurance, and other relevant purposes. By interacting with us, you consent to the recording of all such calls and the sharing of recordings with authorized personnel, delivery partners, and third parties as necessary.
• You further agree that MyNatural may share your data, including call recordings, with its affiliates, group companies, or regulatory authorities as required by law.

Misrepresentation Notice

MyNatural is not responsible for any unauthorized communications related to offers, promotions, or sales, including fraudulent activity by third-party administrators that may result in loss or injury. Please note that MyNatural does not operate a call center and will never ask for sensitive information such as OTP, CVV, PIN, or card numbers via phone, email, or any other means. If you receive such requests, do not respond or share any personal information. Beware of fraudsters or impersonators claiming to represent MyNatural. Do not disclose your information to such individuals.For any suspicious activity, please report it to customercare@mynatural.in

You Acknowledge, Agree, and Confirm:

• You are solely responsible for providing accurate delivery details, including recipient name, address, contact information, and making payments for all orders placed through your account, whether for delivery to your own address or someone else’s. MyNatural assumes no liability or obligation in this regard, including for refund or order cancellation requests.
• If a product delivery is delayed or returned (due to incorrect details, such as name, address, or other misleading information, or the recipient’s unavailability or refusal to accept the delivery), MyNatural will not be held responsible for the delay or re-delivery. Any associated costs incurred by MyNatural will be your responsibility.
• While MyNatural strives to deliver Products/Services within the timeframe specified at the time of order, we do not guarantee or warrant delivery times. Estimated delivery times may change without notice due to factors beyond our control, including third-party delivery service availability, demand, traffic, weather conditions, force majeure events, the accuracy of the address provided, customer unresponsiveness, or issues faced by delivery partners (e.g., vehicle problems, access issues, etc.).
• Delivery will typically occur when someone is available to receive the order at the provided address. If you instruct the delivery partner to leave the order at your doorstep or hand it over to another person, you assume full responsibility for the products. In such cases, you will not be entitled to a refund or compensation from MyNatural for any loss, damage, or deficiency in the products or services. You expressly waive MyNatural of any liability arising from the order being left unattended, including but not limited to theft, tampering, contamination, or temperature-related issues.
• Cash on Delivery Orders: For orders placed through your account (whether for delivery to your address or another), you are solely responsible for ensuring the correct payment amount is made in cash. This includes verifying that the amount paid to the delivery partner is neither more nor less than the correct total. We are not liable for any discrepancies in this regard.
• Lawful Use of Services: You agree to use MyNatural’s services only for lawful purposes and to comply with all applicable laws and regulations while accessing or transacting on the MyNatural platform.
• Accuracy of Information: You agree to provide accurate and truthful information whenever requested. MyNatural reserves the right to verify and validate the information provided by you at any time.
• If any information you provide is found to be false or inaccurate (in whole or part), MyNatural reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to reject your registration, cancel any orders, and prohibit you from using its Services or affiliated services in the future, without prior notice or liability.
• You acknowledge that by accessing MyNatural’s Services and conducting transactions, you do so at your own risk and exercise your best judgment before entering any transaction on the MyNatural Platform.
• Transactions on the MyNatural Platform may be subject to various service charges, including delivery, handling, convenience, small cart, high-demand surge, rain surge, print, gift charges, or other fees that may apply from time to time (“Service Charges”). These charges will be disclosed to you before you place your order during the checkout process. By placing an order, you agree to pay the applicable Service Charges. Service Charges may vary based on factors such as order value, distance, time of day, delivery demand, traffic, weather conditions, seasonal peaks, or other variables. MyNatural may also offer credits, discounts, promo codes, vouchers, or cashback at its discretion. MyNatural reserves the right to modify, cancel, or discontinue these offers as it deems appropriate.
• Before placing an order, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the product description in detail. By placing an order on the MyNatural Platform, you agree to be bound by the terms of sale stated in the product description.
• By using the MyNatural Platform or any associated services, you may encounter content that some may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable. You agree to use the Platform and services at your own risk, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, MyNatural and its affiliates will not be liable for any content you may find objectionable.
• MyNatural is committed to continuously enhancing the customer experience and the information provided. You acknowledge that the nature of the Services offered may require changes, and as such, MyNatural reserves the right to suspend, cancel, or discontinue any products or services at any time without prior notice, as well as modify or alter the content, products, and services available on the MyNatural Platform.
• We, the software, or the software application store offering the software may automatically check for updates or upgrades. Unless your device or settings prevent the transmission or use of updates, you agree that we, or the applicable store, may notify you of available upgrades or updates and automatically push them to your device. Some updates may be necessary to continue accessing or using certain Services, including fixes for any issues. Any updates or upgrades provided under these Terms will be considered part of the Services.
• To improve the MyNatural Platform and Services, we regularly conduct research and experiments on various aspects, including our apps, websites, user interface, and promotional campaigns. As a result, some users may experience different features at different times. These efforts are aimed at enhancing the convenience, usability, security, and overall experience of the MyNatural Platform, as well as developing new services and features.

Taxes on Your Order

When you place an order with MyNatural, we will issue necessary documents, such as order summaries and tax invoices, in compliance with applicable laws and business practices. Your order may include the following components and corresponding documents:

• Goods supplied by MyNatural: Tax Invoice or Bill of Supply issued by MyNatural.
• Services provided by MyNatural or third-party providers: Tax Invoice issued by MyNatural or the third-party service provider.

These documents will be provided to you at the time of delivery or sent via email, WhatsApp, or other communication methods.

You acknowledge that any GST benefits on goods/services purchased through the MyNatural platform are subject to the GST terms and conditions, which include submitting a valid GST number at the time of order placement. These terms are incorporated into these Terms by reference and may be updated periodically.

Order Cancellation

• You acknowledge that any cancellation or attempted cancellation of an order, or cancellation due to reasons not attributable to MyNatural, constitutes a breach of the Terms. Such requests will only be permitted at MyNatural’s discretion. If a cancellation is accepted, a refund (if applicable) will be processed for the relevant product/order. Refunds may be issued as promotional codes or coupons, which can be used on subsequent transactions within the specified terms (e.g., validity period).
• MyNatural reserves the right to cancel an order in the following situations:
  • (a) If fraudulent activity is suspected,
  • (b) If the transaction violates these Terms,
  • (c) If a product is unavailable,
  • (d) Due to external factors, including delivery-related logistical issues.
    In such cases, MyNatural will issue a refund (if applicable) within approximately 72 hours in the form of a credit, cashback, coupon, or promotional code, as determined.
• While MyNatural strives to ensure product specifications and pricing are accurate, occasional errors (such as technical issues or typographical mistakes) may occur. In such cases, MyNatural will notify you promptly. We reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund (if applicable), either as credit, cashback, or promotional codes, to be used for future transactions, subject to applicable terms and conditions.
• MyNatural also reserves the right to deny access to users who do not comply with these Terms or appear to be involved in fraudulent activities, and to cancel any future orders from such users.

Returns & Refunds Policy

• Products delivered are non-returnable, non-replaceable, and non-exchangeable, except in the following cases:
  (a) If the product is damaged, defective, expired at the time of delivery, or incorrectly delivered.
  (b) If the product’s specific return/exchange policy permits it. In such cases, returns or exchanges will follow the terms, timelines, and conditions outlined in the relevant policy. Please review the return policy for each product on the MyNatural Platform before requesting a return, exchange, or refund.
• Digital goods (including gift cards/vouchers) are non-returnable and non-refundable. For issues related to validity, usage restrictions, or redemption, please contact the relevant issuer or seller and refer to their terms and conditions.
• Refunds for approved returns or cancellations will be processed within 7 working days, subject to satisfactory checks.
• Refunds for payments made via electronic means (debit/credit card, net banking, UPI, etc.) will be processed using the same payment method or as credit/cashback/coupon/promotional code for future purchases on the MyNatural Platform, according to the applicable terms (e.g., validity period). Refunds for cash-on-delivery purchases will be made to the provided bank details or as promotional codes, which will expire 30 days from issuance. Users can also choose a promotional code for online payments. Once a credit/cashback/coupon is issued, refunds cannot be transferred to another payment method. Other promotional codes issued will expire within 7 days from issuance.
• All refunds will be made in Indian Rupees only.

MyNatural Cashback Terms

The following terms are supplementary to, and do not replace or negate, other terms governing access and use of the MyNatural Platform:

• Cashback refers to the credit of eligible cashback, which will be reflected as promotional codes or within the user’s account. It does not imply a direct deposit into a bank or card account or a cash refund at any time.
• Cashback can be transactional or promotional, and users will be eligible only as specified by MyNatural.
• No cashback is available for cancelled orders. Any cashback granted may be recovered by MyNatural without prior notice in such cases. If a refund is requested (in part or full), the cashback corresponding to the refunded amount will be adjusted. This applies regardless of cashback display on specific items listed as eligible on the MyNatural Platform.
• MyNatural reserves the right to withdraw, suspend, modify, or cancel cashback offers, including applicable terms, at any time, without notice and without liability.
• Cashback (transactional or promotional) will typically reflect in a user’s MyNatural account within 24-48 hours, though some coupons may take up to 7 business days post-delivery. Cashback validity is 90 days for transactional and 60 days for promotional cashback, unless otherwise stated by MyNatural.
• MyNatural does not endorse or promote any specific products or transactions associated with cashback offers.
• Cashback and discount codes may not apply to certain products or services, as determined by MyNatural.

3rd Party Services

The following terms supplement, but do not replace, or derogate from, any other terms governing your use of the MyNatural Platform.

Occasionally, MyNatural may partner with third parties to enhance your experience on the platform. This may involve offering services that you can opt into via the platform, or as part of product packages, such as demo services provided during advertising or marketing campaigns. In such cases:

• You acknowledge that these services are solely provided by third parties, governed by their own terms and conditions. MyNatural has no control or responsibility for the fulfillment or completion of these services, including order tracking, customer support, and grievances.
• By opting into these services or purchasing a product package that includes them, you consent to share your personal and order details with the third-party service provider. These details will be subject to the provider’s privacy policy, which may change from time to time.
• MyNatural makes no representations or warranties regarding the reliability, quality, or suitability of the third-party services. We do not guarantee or endorse the services in any way.
• You agree that accessing or using third-party services is at your own risk. MyNatural is not liable for any actions or omissions by the third-party service provider or its agents.
• By using these third-party services, you accept these terms and agree that: (a) MyNatural is not liable for any loss or damage, including theft, arising from your use of such services, and (b) MyNatural will not mediate any disputes between you and the third-party provider.

Promotional Terms

These terms apply to promotional campaigns available on the MyNatural Platform (“Offer”). Users who place orders on MyNatural and meet the eligibility criteria for a specific campaign are deemed “Eligible Customers.”

• Offers are valid for the duration determined by MyNatural and may be revoked at any time without prior notice.
• If the Offer requires a minimum order value or applies to specific product categories, the Offer will be canceled if the products are returned, refunded by MyNatural, or if the order is canceled by the Eligible Customer. Once the benefit/prize is redeemed, the Eligible Customer acknowledges that the order cannot be returned or refunded.
• MyNatural is not liable for services provided by third parties related to the redemption of the Offer, voucher, or prize.
• By participating, Eligible Customers consent to MyNatural sharing their contact information with authorized third parties to fulfill the Offer. This information will be governed by the third party’s privacy policies, which customers should review before participating.
• To avail of the Offer, the account settings on MyNatural must be set to India, and the billing address must be within India.
• MyNatural reserves the right to modify these terms at any time without notice.
• Offers cannot be sold, transferred, exchanged for other products, or combined with any other offers.
• MyNatural is not responsible for any third-party errors or omissions related to the Offer.
• Voucher/prize details will be sent to Eligible Customers via email, message, WhatsApp, or in-app notification.

• MyNatural, in its sole discretion reserves the right to exclude any Eligible Customer from the Offer and/or to cancel all or part of the Offer, without any liability on its part, if it believes that the Eligible Customer has (a) breached any of these terms, additional promotional activity terms and conditions, MyNatural Platform terms and conditions and/or Privacy Policy; (b) acted or has the intention of acting in a dishonest or fraudulent manner, or in bad faith; (c) tampered with the entry process or the operation of the Offer; (d) acted in a disruptive manner.
• By participating in the Offer, Eligible Customers will be deemed to have accepted these terms along with specific promotional activity terms and conditions made available to the Eligible Customer and expressly agree that: (a) MyNatural Parties will not be liable or responsible for any loss or damage whatsoever that the Eligible Customer may suffer, directly or indirectly, in connection with this Offer, including for any theft, loss or misuse of the Offer or the Information; and (b) MyNatural will not mediate any disputes or differences between the Eligible Customer and the third parties in relation to this Offer.

Payment Facility and Related Information

• All payments for orders and services must be made in Indian Rupees (INR) only.
• Accepted payment methods on the MyNatural Platform will be displayed at checkout and may include, but are not limited to, credit/debit cards, net banking, UPI, cash on delivery, or any other RBI-approved payment method. Note that cash on delivery may not be available for certain orders.
• To process payments, MyNatural may use third-party vendors, including payment gateways. By using these services, you agree to the third party’s terms and conditions. We are not liable for any issues arising from these third-party services.
• You confirm that you are legally authorized to provide the payment details and make payments. You are solely responsible for payments made through your provided details, and the use of these details complies with all applicable laws.
• The payment facility provided by MyNatural is not a banking or financial service. It acts as a facilitator for online payments, utilizing authorized banking infrastructure and card payment gateway networks.
• Some payment methods may incur additional transaction or processing fees charged by the issuer, which you agree to pay.

Order History

When you delete an order from your order history on the MyNatural Platform, the order details will no longer be visible or accessible through your account. However, for orders placed on behalf of others, this action will not affect their ability to view the order details through their own account.

Please note that once an order is deleted, the action is irreversible. We will not provide support for deleted orders, including requests for complaints, information, invoices, cancellations, returns, replacements, or exchanges. However, the order will remain in MyNatural’s records in accordance with our Privacy Policy, retention policies, and applicable laws, including statutory retention requirements.

There may be circumstances where deleted order details can still be accessed or traced, including:

• Interruptions, service failures, or issues with internet/electronic communication systems beyond MyNatural’s control.
• Order details being available in email, messages, or other communication channels you or the recipient used.
• Third-party stakeholders (including delivery partners) contacting you based on information you shared.
• Payment information related to the order appearing in your bank statements.

International Users

“International Users” refers to those who have registered on the MyNatural Platform using a mobile number from outside India and wish to access the Services.

The following terms apply in addition to the existing terms and conditions governing the use of the MyNatural Platform. In case of any inconsistency between these terms and others, these terms will take precedence for International Users.

• Order Placement: To place an order, you must provide the recipient’s contact details, including their name, an India-based phone number, address, or any other information necessary for delivery. Deliveries are available only in select locations within India.
• Feature Availability: Some features of the MyNatural Platform may not be accessible to International Users.
• Product/Service Availability: International Users may only access certain products or services on the MyNatural Platform. Not all products or services are available for sale or purchase by International Users.
• Terms of Use: Your use of the Services is governed by these Terms and MyNatural’s Privacy Policy.
• Payment Methods: International Users can use international cards and other payment methods available at the time of checkout. Cash on delivery may not be an option. Additional charges, such as foreign currency conversion fees, may apply and will be borne by you.

Indemnity

• Notwithstanding anything to the contrary, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the MyNatural Parties from any third-party claims, damages (including consequential), actions, proceedings, demands, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) incurred due to or in connection with:
  (a) your comment and/or content,
  (b) your unauthorized use of the MyNatural Platform/Services or any products/services included or advertised therein,
  (c) your access to and use of the Services,
  (d) your violation of any third-party rights, or
  (e) your breach of these Terms (including the Privacy Policy) or any infringement of third-party intellectual property rights or applicable law.
• We have the exclusive right to settle, compromise, or pay any claims or actions brought against us without your prior consent. At your expense, we may assume exclusive control and defense of any matter for which you are required to indemnify us, and you agree to cooperate with us in defending these claims. You agree not to settle any matter where we are named as a defendant or where you have indemnity obligations without our prior written consent. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of any such claims or proceedings once we become aware of them. This indemnity obligation survives the expiration or termination of these Terms.

Limitation of Liability

Notwithstanding any contrary provisions:

• The MyNatural Parties shall not be liable for any claims, damages, or losses to the customer or any third party, except as determined by a final, non-appealable court order from a court of competent jurisdiction.
• In such cases, the MyNatural Parties’ maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the relevant user for the purchase associated with the claim.
• Under no circumstances, whether in contract or tort, shall MyNatural be liable for any indirect, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or incidental damages, including but not limited to loss of profit, reputation, or business opportunities.
• Any legal action against MyNatural must be initiated within one (1) year from the date the alleged harm occurred. Claims not filed within this period shall be permanently barred, regardless of any statute of limitations or contrary laws. Additionally, any failure by MyNatural to enforce any provision of these Terms does not waive its right to do so in the future.

Termination

• MyNatural reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without liability, to terminate or refuse your registration, restrict your access to the MyNatural Platform/Services, or revoke your use of the Platform/Services, with or without cause and without prior notice. This may occur if MyNatural believes, based on usage patterns or other indicators, that: (a) you no longer meet the eligibility criteria or have violated them, or (b) you have breached or are likely to breach these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). In such cases, we may deactivate or delete your account and related information, and deny further access to your account or the Services. If you violate these Terms, MyNatural may, at its discretion, retain all data collected from your use of the Services. You agree that MyNatural will not be liable to you or any third party for the termination or discontinuation of your access to the Services.
• You can delete your account at any time through the MyNatural Platform/App and by discontinuing use of the Platform/Services. Your personal data will be processed in accordance with MyNatural’s Privacy Policy, which may be updated periodically.
• The rights to Comments, indemnification, and provisions related to Governing Law and Jurisdiction will remain in effect after the termination of these Terms. Termination does not affect your obligation to pay for any products/services already ordered or provided, nor does it affect any liabilities that may have arisen prior to termination.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, excluding any conflict of law principles.
• The courts in India (Supreme Court) shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms (including the Privacy Policy).

Miscellaneous

• Interpretation: Section and subject headings are for reference only and should not be used to interpret any provisions of these Terms.
• Entire Agreement and Waiver: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services. Our failure or delay in exercising any right, power, or privilege under these Terms does not waive such right, nor does it imply acceptance of any change to the Terms. Additionally, a partial or single exercise of any right does not prevent further exercise of that right or any other right.
• Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable by a court, that provision will be severed, and the rest of the Terms will remain in full effect.
• Partnership or Agency: These Terms do not create a partnership or agency relationship between you and us. You do not have the authority to bind us in any way.
