Simple Recipe: How to Make Classic Rajma Curry (Serves 4-5):
- Soak: Rinse and soak 1 cup My Natural Rajma overnight (8-10 hours).
- Pressure Cook: Drain. Pressure cook with 3 cups fresh water, salt, turmeric for 8-10 whistles.
- Prepare Gravy: Heat oil/ghee. Sauté cumin, onions, ginger-garlic, tomatoes until soft. Add spices (chilli, coriander, cumin, garam masala). Cook until oil separates.
- Combine & Simmer: Add cooked Rajma (with water) to gravy. Simmer 15-20 minutes.
- Serve: Garnish with coriander. Serve hot with rice or roti.
